• We cannot guarantee that all photos will be accepted by all government agencies or other entities, as requirements may change without notice;
• Our guarantee applies only to photos that are rejected due to our failure to meet published requirements;
• You are responsible for verifying and informing us of any specific requirements for your document photos;
• Our guarantee does not cover rejection due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our website, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quorndil and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For document photographs:

• You receive a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for the specific document application purposes for which they were created;
• Quorndil retains copyright in all photographs we create;
• You may not use our photographs for commercial purposes, advertising, or public display beyond the intended document application;
• We may use photos for portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes in a way that does not identify you personally.
